🔹 Speed Mentorship

Your team connects with multiple mentees in short, rotating sessions (10–15 minutes each).

Energetic, insightful, and community-driven — and a great way for your team to discover who they'd want a longer mentorship relationship with, if you ever explore a GEM Program down the line.

🔹 1:1 Spot Mentorship

Each team member is thoughtfully matched with one mentee for a focused 30–45 minute conversation centered on shared goals and career exploration.

We collect preferences at the start of the event and make a data-driven match on the spot — that's the Match Magic moment.
